Cindy Turner, president, and Hugo de Vries, vice president, are the founding partners of Turner & de Vries, Ltd, a Hawaii-
based design firm whose work has won many awards over the years. Projects they work on range from corporate ID
and branding programs to sales collateral to web sites and multimedia DVDs.

Cindy Turner was born and raised in Hawaii. She studied design at the University of Hawai‘i. She has over 30 years experience in the design and photography field.

Hugo de Vries was born in Holland and moved to Hawaii in the late 70s. He studied design and photography at the Art
University in Breda, Holland. He also has over 30 years experience in the design and photography field.

Past and present clients include Kauluanani Urban Forestry Program, Arbor Global, Aloha Tower Marketplace, Hawaiian
Electric, Aloha Airlines, Harbor Court, The State of Hawaii, Hawaii Superferry, Editions Limited, Hawaii Flower Lei,
